BOOKING TERMS + CONDITIONS

Styling Fee Details:

  • Standard Appointment Fee: $50

  • Exclusive Trunk Shows: $100 for Netta BenShabu, Steven Khalil, Kim Kassas, Margot, and Pallas - due to high demand.

  • Accessory Appointment Fee: $25, waived with dress purchase.

  • VIP Appointment Fee: $750

  • Private Appointment Fee: $500

  • Sample Sale Fee: $25

  • Payment Procedure: Following your form submission, a stylist will contact you with a secure payment link to finalize your appointment. This fee will be credited toward any purchase made during your visit.

  • Multiple Appointments: We welcome you to return for a second appointment at no additional cost. There is no fee for follow-up visits.

Cancellation | Rescheduling Policy:

  • Refund Eligibility: To obtain a refund, please cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment.

  • Late Cancellation: Should you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, the fee will be retained.

  • Rescheduling Policy: Please provide 48 hours' notice to reschedule. We will apply your Styling Fee to your next appointment.

Applying the Styling Fee:

  • With Purchase: Should you choose to purchase, all styling fees will be applied to the balance of your purchase. (except for VIP and Private appointments).

  • Without Purchase: If no purchase is made, the styling fee will remain non-refundable.
